I joined Al Serra in 2022 and have worked in the auto industry for over 17 years. I believe in treating my customers as I would like to be treated. I enjoy helping customers and will go the extra mile to ensure they have a great experience. I enjoy spending time with my family and going to movies, sporting events, and concerts.

Michelle was amazing! I live in Arkansas but was in Michigan for my husband’s memorial service. Michelle was making small talk and asked if I was visiting and I told her the reason I was in Michigan. When I came in to pick my car up Michelle was not there. I spoke to the young man that was next to her, told him I needed to pick up my car. He retrieved the paperwork from her desk. I had my debit card out to pay and he said there was no charge. In my world where nothing makes sense and everything is so hard….it was totally unexpected. Thank you again Michelle for renewing my faith in my fellow man.

I had already been 2 transmission shops before calling Michele at Al Serra chevrolet. The trans mission shops quoted me $5000- $6500 for a transmission rebuild. Michele and her team found my noise was NOT the transmission at all, it was a Idler pulley a much cheaper fix than a transmission repair. My truck is quiet again. Thank - you Michele and team. I will return if future repairs are needed.
