I am new to the Al Serra Auto Plaza family and the automotive industry. However, I have eight years of customer service experience and a passion for the automotive field that goes far back. At age five, I first heard my Grandpa fire up his 1988 Monte Carlo that he drag-raced, and I was hooked right from that moment. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, and watching U of M football on Saturdays and the Detroit Lions on Sundays. I also enjoy NASCAR races. My girlfriend Natalie and I often plan trips to Traverse City. We enjoy the scenery and have recently found a new love of Jet skiing on the Grand Traverse Bay. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, so in combination with my passion for the automotive field, I look forward to providing top-tier customer care.
