About Jackson
Hello, my name is Jackson Groat, and I was born and raised in Michigan. My wife Nora and I currently live in the Swartz Creek area. We enjoy spending time outdoors, tent camping, and with our church family. I received my education from Ohio Technical College. I have previously worked as a tech in the automotive field and for many years in customer service. I look forward to growing my career and building more customer relationships. I feel blessed to be a part of the Al Serra community.

Jackson was very knowledgeable and efficient. I walked in and was out within 10 minutes of dropping my vehicle with a loaner. I was afforded the same turn around when I came back in to pick up my vehicle. Could not recommend Jackson and his customer service more.
