About Jackson
Hello, my name is Jackson Groat, and I was born and raised in Michigan. My wife Nora and I currently live in the Swartz Creek area. We enjoy spending time outdoors, tent camping, and with our church family. I received my education from Ohio Technical College. I have previously worked as a tech in the automotive field and for many years in customer service. I look forward to growing my career and building more customer relationships. I feel blessed to be a part of the Al Serra community.

I was first person there. I parked and Jackson immediately confirmed my information. I then was told to wait by a desk while he proceeded to help other people. After waiting for several minutes, I was directed to speak with another person at a different desk. I did not appreciate the way that representative took down the reason for bringing in the vehicle. I did not appreciate being shuffled around while watching several other people give their information and leave. I only spoke to Jackson for a brief moment to confirm information on the vehicle. It was just as brief when others directed me to him to grab my keys. The techs once again said they didnt see an issue with my engine running hard, and visibly shaking. It almost 10 years old, I didnt expect to hear metal rattling and my engine running hard after 3 months of driving the vehicle locally. When initially placing an appointment, the rep talked down to me and told me to expect to hear noises in older vehicles. I was also argued with repeatedly that my carbravo warranty wouldnt cover a "rental" if the vehicle needed to be left overnight.
